HI, new here , have few questions .
my engine blew up some years ago,
now I'm considering of buying rebuilt engine
from some UK workshop (I'm in the middle east)
so I've already talked with Miles from pugracing
(I'm considering QEP too if they charge reasonable price)
and he seems to me trusty guy
but i don't know what reputation he's got here so I'm asking .
he told me something that seems to me rather strange :
that in the overhaul job on the gti6 engine he won't replace the rings at all, neither hone the bores.
cause it lead to some sort of trouble, but the rest of his explanation blur by combination of low quality long distance phone line and my limited control in the language.

he advised me to look for ZX DAKAR wiring loom
which simplified the wiring procedure to plug 'n play,
but i couldn't find any of this on the web.

is the xsara vts loom do the same trick as the DAKAR loom ?

by the way...this is "the bride"

like the blonde one, she's in comma too.
