right any car that gets remaped gains bhp iv read on here getting one wont do anything..why not?? |

you will gain a little but exactly how much depends on each application really, it wont be a massive amount unless you upgrade a cam as the are quite mild, but you are quite limited to how far you can take them due to lack of space.you dont gain as much as some cars as; A) they aren't boosted. A superchip is a generic remap flashed to your ecu, a full remap will involve several runs on a rolling road, or real road to fine tune the map to your individual car and setup.The standard ecu/map on the 6 is pretty good, so unless you have made major changes ie cams not just an air filter, you will get very little difference. better to put the money towards some good tyres, or suspension refresh. ________________________________________ Spanner Monkeys Monkey SpannerForum Search Clicky |
