Someone said this could be a sticky valve and an engine flush could be the answer.
Can anyone give me some input? Ta!

My 6 will make a tapping noise from the top right of the engine (when looking from front) but this only happens if I've put my foot down a bit. If I drive around gently say sub 3.5k, then the noise doesn't show.Someone said this could be a sticky valve and an engine flush could be the answer. Can anyone give me some input?
