if you sign up to servicebox you could check for yourself if they share the same part number, as it happens they do appear to be the same

I believe the main difference is in the amount of boost and fuel they run due to the 110 being intercooled, and the 90 not.

there is a bosch and siemens engine management syustems listed on Servicebox with differing part numbers for parts like the injectors etc, but nothign specific to indicate whether a bosch is 90 and siemens is 110.

the guys on pug306.net could probably tell you a lot more
