Hi, i found this forum the other day when my front wipers packed up, i have a 1998 glx tdi, with rain sensors.

The Wipers packed up during the heavy snow, i followed the guides in here, removed motor, unclogged drain hole which was FULL!! Still didnt help, i bought a new wiper motor off ebay (i think seller sold me a left hand motor ) I fitted this, and they worked fine, for 5mins!! They stopped during heavy rain.

I have opened the fuse box, and the relays are clicking as if they want the wipers to work, but nothing happens.

Is there anything else i need to be doing, im tearing my hair out!!!!!
