Randomly my speedo has stuck at 140mph. One moment it was fine then, reading 100, then 140 and its not moved since! Even if engine off.

I pulled the grey fuse, and only suceeded in setting off the alarm! Revs and everything else works fine. I'm guessing if the sensor was dead it would drop to 0?
So it more likely to be a bad earth? if so where are the earth points to check?

Begind the fuse box area next to the go go pedal on the right.

i have this issue with my 306 (d turbo)

it has just had a new speedo sensor fitted and still no joy!

Checked earth by pedal fine as well as one by battery, what else could i try?

try the earth next to the pedal LOL
