hi i have R reg phase 2 6 and my side driver window button in the door panel keeps clicking?? it drops the window down and im struggling to get the window up?? do i need new switch??its only my window side switch for my window the passenger one works fine on my driver side plus i noticed the door card has star shaped screws so are these screwdrivers obtainable???can i purchase them from anywhere?? plus ive managed to get the window up is there a fuse i can take out that will stop windows from workin whilst i try drop on another switch!!! and which fuse is it if anyone knows as theres no fuse layout on the drop down panel to state wots wot !!! thanks d3ggzy

did you solve this mate? i've got a similar problem after a big clump of smow got wedged in a few weeks ago

no mate still got problem i need torq screwdriver first of all to get doorcard off!!! then goin have to strip down the switch to see if it was the switch inwhich i think it is as the passenger one works within my drivers switch lol bit mine dont work!! it clicks goes all the way down and cant get window up!! so i have eventually got the window to go up and taken fuse number 29 out to disable the windows till i can eventually get around to fixing the problem!!! gettin rid of the car soon as anyway as reqiure a diesel version !!
