Any grease-gun will do, one with a flexible or small nozzle will be easier, as there isn't much room between the nipple and anti-roll bar.Just use a multi-purpose grease - don't need anything fancy. the bearings dry out and seize.Id get a gun mate and some grease. £15 - £20 tops for both. mine came from Halfords, I bought bearing grease specally for it. Need to be greased up every few thousand miles really. ________________________________________ Long live the Sigma 6Team Phase 1 supercharged XBL ID: farmer uk1 |

There is a nipple on the side of them (position varys with batch)On my ones, the nipple is quite close to the subframe, but I used an angle grinder to scollop out a small piece to get the gun onto the nipple. Just push the grease gun onto the nipple, and lock it on and pump some grease into the housing. You will know when to stop as the manky old black grease will ouze out of the sides of the housing and turn yellow once the grease is all replaced. Just mop / scrape up the old manky black grease off the subframe and your good to go. I can grease mine up while the car sits on the road still, nothing removed or jacked up, but its a bit awkward. ________________________________________ Long live the Sigma 6Team Phase 1 supercharged XBL ID: farmer uk1 |
