I have run out of ideas and hoping someone can shed some light on the situaltion.

The fuel pump on Daves car will not prime.

Have tried another relay, the inertia switch is ok, all the fuses are ok, I cannot find a break in any of the wires and if I put a positive on pin 5 on the relay module the pump primes fine.

If I put a live feed on the pump the car starts so I think we can rule out the pump.

So anyone got any ideas of what else we can try.

Am thinking of running a switched live to the pump to get the car running as dave needs to get to work, but this is really not the best fix and would rather fix the problem properly so any problems.

Could it be a dodgy earth somewhere? I have checked the ones down by the drivers feet and the one in the engine bay, and they seem fine so am at a bit of a loss.
