Urgh now another noise has started.

I thought it might have been a f*cked tyre, i was wrong. Put the spare on and it's still swaying when turning left, and now a rotational knocking noise has appeared from the N/S wheel, even when driving in a straight line. The bearing, TRE, ball joint are all tight, and the wishbone is straight with minimal bush wear.

Could a f*cked driveshaft/CV joint be the cause of the swaying? As in.. if it's a loose shaft/joint, it would separate as the weight shifts during cornering?
