Right im going to crack on with this tomorrow i think, anything i need to watch out for with fitting it? will i have to drain any oil out of the car to start with??also im using a 16 row mocal cooler, how much more oil will this take to fill up? i think you will need up to a litre extra oil  and you wont need to drain oil , as engine is switched off. just got to replace what you loose from oil filter plus around 1 litre for oil cooler. fit,start, let run, switch off ,check oil add acordingly |

before you start it disconnect the Double relay to prevent it from firing and crank it over till the oil pressure light goes out. If you start it without doing so you wont get any oil to the bearings till the filter and oil cooler fill up. ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

f*ck me a litre of oil thats 13quids worth!!cheers welsh pug, that did sort of ocurr to me that there would be no oil in it, where about is this double relay?? ________________________________________ In my garage just now2003 BMW M3 & 2009 L200 Raging Bull & Audi Q5 S Line AX stock rod & Saxo Stock rod Sold the bike an charged rallye an bought a caravan, midlife crisis or what! |

Go very careful when doing up the fittings on the cooler, the outlets are ally and you can split the cone fittings or break the solder connection to the cooler very easily if you dont support the fitting with two spanners as you do it up. Problem is the nuts are massive but they only really need a gentle nip to seal properly.________________________________________ R H Davey Welding Supplies.
