i'd try looking in the fuse box if there is a spare or just test for a switched live ________________________________________ All South Wales Members Click HereTeam Supercharged Black RALLYE ™ (Click Here for Build Project) MY EBAY ITEMS 07943066306 |

I will test it yes I presume a switched live is fine for a gauge? Its only used for the light in it i think ________________________________________ Just Drive It |

The cig lighter can be either switched or always on depending on the position of the fuse in the fuse box. Info here.________________________________________ Ex SC-6Now in a Megane R26 |

smegal i pulled the actuall bulb and wiring out of it, so cig lighter still works but when lights are on no light at it but at boost gauge, been like that few months and no problems.________________________________________ In my garage just now2003 BMW M3 & 2009 L200 Raging Bull & Audi Q5 S Line AX stock rod & Saxo Stock rod Sold the bike an charged rallye an bought a caravan, midlife crisis or what! |

I misunderstood guys, im keen on the little light that hides in the ashtray, if that fails i will give the cig lighter a go, will just split the wires i reckon if i have to ________________________________________ Just Drive It |

Used the cig lighter in the end, dont let people smoke in the car and dont charge anything so just ditched it and attached the gauge. Switched the fuse (cheers Smegal) and now works perfectly when the car starts up, top job done ________________________________________ Just Drive It |

If you wanted to you could just piggyback off the cig lighter and put it back in. Where did you get your gague from? I'm thinking of getting one for mine.________________________________________ Ex SC-6Now in a Megane R26 |

Easier than i thought, its like looking at the track number on the stereo Its only use is to check there is no boost leak and to make sure you are running the correct boost, apart from that it does look damn cool as it shoots around Havent quite finished the install yet, gonna get some carbon fibre sheet to use for a surround ________________________________________ Just Drive It |
