Hi I removed the AC compressor on my car circuit and not as a service to the belt, I thought about putting a hard aluminum pulley with a bearing, and weighs more than what the compressor is the pulley. Have if you can lend a hand me the engine is a 2.0 16v 167 hp from a xsara.
Thanks

I think.. if I understand correctly you want to change the belt setup for a non-AC version (like the Rallye has) which will miss out the AC pulley completely.

These are the parts you'll need (info from here and here):

Alternator Belt 5750 WL
Tension Roller 5751 32
Roller 5751 33
Tensioner Screw 5703 67

but it's expensive to buy all new, so maybe find a non-AC XU10 engined peugeot/citroen in a local scrapyard?

Hope this helps Thumbs up

Thanks for the answer here is almost impossible to locate xu10j4rs engines in scrapping and one without air but there are very few. And the solution of buying the support of engine and components is very expensive. Haber whether there may be another solution.
Thank you.
