i cant get the air out of my system ive tried the 2 man way and those eezi bleed kits and i still cant get a solid pedel without pumping it a few times. Is there any type of sequence or any tips anyone can give me to bleed the system fully.

check that the load compensator (if fitted) is not seized.

attatched to the rear beam there is a compensator. that is what he means.

I would suggest finding a loose surface, like gravel, stamp on your brakes to make the abs cycle. Drive for circa 50 miles with lots of braking - rebleed and you should find air at a nipple. ABS distribution blocks tend to store air, especially when you've had lines off as well as calipers.
