Same happened with my XS mate. Turned out to be a faulty breather filter

I seem to be the only person who's done this and not had any issues whatsoever! Everything I unplugged from one manifold I plugged into the other.

Does this make a noticeable difference to the XSi?

on my XS is made a noticeable difference to the sound and it definitely felt less asthmatic up to the limiter. The '6 exhaust manifold made a bigger difference with a very noticeable increase in torque when pulling away.

Personally I have done it and to be honest i think it is a total waste of time, although i have not got round to fitting the Exhaust manifold in. I think my xsi pulled alot better with the original manifold

It does, returning mine to standard in the next few weeks.

The engine isn't happy with both the manifolds being upgraded, it's choked up and is slowly killing its' catalytic converter.

Exactly, but the crappy Sagem units give the diagnostics testers enough trouble as it is, and I don't believe there's an easy way to remap them. Because of the additional air I think the sensors are confused causing it to overfuel, resulting in blocked catalytic converters and eventually high engine temps, resulting in burnt piston rings which is what Asim had.

It'll cost around
