Rock the engine for a start and see the play. If there is it may have come loose or if there is excessive play the cup may have corroded. There are plenty of different threads that will covered this if you search. ________________________________________ Black X Reg PIII.VGTi 6 A4212 pt 1 A4212 pt 2 Searching the streets of Bristol for 1.36p/day.Joint Kent Leader |

My engine didnt really have any abnormal play but the mount was gone! Stick a jack under the engine to take the weight and dismantle the mount! Will take you 15 mins max and maybe some WD40 but it will be clear then! Also dont let the captive nut drop from under the mount, if its split/cracked its prob not captive anymore. If it f*cked get yourself to Southampton (daveyboy) for a fix up and mod, cost me ________________________________________ Ex Astor 6 ownerAlso an Ex owner of a Bianca 6 Now an ex owner of a 2005 9-3 2.0T 210bhp Aero Swedish Saloon thing!! It all depends on how many previous owners have been lighting up the front wheels, the engine trys to tear itself free. ________________________________________ Previous Peugeot - 2000(w)GTI-6, Me old China, Supercharged with working aircon! |
