unlikely to be the oil pump, and the chain is very uncommon part to fail, have you checked the oil level?

how do you know that no oil is getting up to the head?

How often do you change the oil? I have heard of the spray bars and oil ways getting blocked but it seams very uncommon.

Had this before and it had to have the head removed, the one way valve in the cylinder head itself was blocked up, replaced with a new one and put it all back together and it was fine.

You will be lucky if you drove it for 6 miles that it hasnt damaged the cylinder head.

You might be OK, I had a customer drive a good 10 miles with no oil pressure at all, Oil Pump chain snapped as tyhe engine was out of a rolled car and a bit of it got cault in the chain.
But swaped over the pump etc, started it up and after a few mins it went back to being quiet, Lucky isn;t a word but I think the oil used helped allot
