under neathj the glove box passenger side on 306 i found a wire with a funny connedter on it like six pin looks like an s-video lead sorta does any body know what this lead is for and were it goes cos im a lil lost.....will try an upload a pic if i can ,,,thats of course if u need one i know members on here are quite smart when it comes to a 306

do you have a standard Head unit? is it for an I pod?

its a pioneer unit just cd no ipod or nothing input

Could it be the lead for the cd changer?.Similar to S-video but Bigger with more pins.

hi the leads are slotted on a sliding clip under the passenger glove box,they are for cd changer, and they are under the heater motorSmile Smile Smile Smile

Could it be for the blower motor, mine came loose and was flapping about down there
