Having done a search i am still none the wiser:

Heater is no-where near as good in my s16 as my old diesel 306 Sad or my 200sx

i don't have a leaky matrix
windows do de-mist ok, no issues with steammy windscreen
Adjuster knob appears to be working ok, i can get cold air right through to just about warm air
Car warms up and cools down fine
air remains warm if i have the fan on 1 or 4

Any ideas fellas? Ther heater on my diesel was like a nuclear reactor lol!

Similar problem to me, have you bled the coolant system? Could be an airlock or a dodgy thermostat

afaik its 88 deg same as the 6, so once up to temp the thermostat and fans should regulate it to that.

In cooler weather my temp sits at around 85C whilst in motion.
Once standing for minutes it rises to like 95C, then back (fans stg1).
Come summer and it more like 100C whilst driving.
