Could this be a simple replacement of bulbs and if so is it a straight plug in job??
If not how do i replace them??

Hi all sorry to post something sooo stupid but tonight the lights on heater fan speed knobs suddenly went off and wont come back on!! Everything works fine with them just no lights!Could this be a simple replacement of bulbs and if so is it a straight plug in job?? If not how do i replace them?? Thanks in advance Jamie |

surely if the fuses had gone then id get no air from vents? I have air just no lights lolIf i buy the bulb holders with bulbs in do they just push in or do i have to solder them to the board?? Thanks in advance Jamie |

There is only 2 bulbs for the heater facia controls. Could be that you only had 1 working and it finally gave up the ghost.No you just need the bulbs. they just push on and twist. scroll down the link. it explains how to do it. ________________________________________ |

It says For these you need to buy the bulb holders, as the bulb is soldered into the holder. So you can not just pull out and replace with the cheap bulb only approach. Surely it isnt a simple twist in job if they soldered onto board??!! |

haha its ok were only human lolCan you remember if you have to solder them back onto the board? sounds like you do if you have to replace the holder aswel!! If so thats not good got no solder gear and not amazing at soldering lol |
