It seems the engine fans come on at around ~75 degrees at high speed, would this likely to be caused by the Coolant Temp sensor being faulty?

I'm having an odd problem with the car at the moment. It seems the engine fans come on at around ~75 degrees at high speed, would this likely to be caused by the Coolant Temp sensor being faulty? ________________________________________ Ecosse Dyno Day 31/10/09175.2Bhp & 149lb/ft |

Is it really a problem? Obviously it is but what does it bring the temp down to and does it cut off once it goes below?________________________________________ Black X Reg PIII.VGTi 6 A4212 pt 1 A4212 pt 2 Searching the streets of Bristol for 1.36p/day.Joint Kent Leader |

Because they're loud as f*ck, and are getting on my nerves when I have to get out the car while leaving it running. If it can be sorted for a reasonable amount, why not? I'm fairly sure once they're on, they dont go off. ________________________________________ Ecosse Dyno Day 31/10/09175.2Bhp & 149lb/ft |
