iv just bought my first gti 6 it has a crunch into 3rd gear but no other gears can any1 help

Easy, Syncro has gone.
most people would swap the box as they cannot repair the box's but it really is quite easy if you have the tools and spares, As a new hub is well over

how would i fix the syncro ? what parts do u need to fix the problem ?

Taking a wild guess you would take the box apart, remove the gears/syncros etc from the shafts.

Rebuild with new ones where the old ones are obviously shafted, putting it all back on in the same order. When you take them apart it will be fairly obvious which are broken.
