easy enough, you'll need to use Mi16 pistons.________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

Hi, While you can physically put the 16V head on the 8V, it wont work out, quite a few differences. You need the bottom end too. B. ________________________________________ XSi 8V -> S16 |

not that many differences, same block and crank, just the rods and pistons you need to change.________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

When we contemplated on what to do with mine, we examined this possibility, but the water and oil ways seemed out of line - but that goes for the XU10J2 to XU10J4Z conversion. Have no clue about the 1.9L Mi16 block. ________________________________________ XSi 8V -> S16 |
