Hi

My pugs engine vibrates badly between 3000 and 4000 rpm.
When you rev the engine stationary you can feel it through the car, it is bad when on the motorway, feels like a wheel is buckled!!!!

I know the crankshaft pully can cause this but i have ruled that one out.

Any ideas????

Check your engine mounts by just opening the bonnet and see if you can easliy push / pull the engine forwards. Upper mount can be chocked with a small piece of r-angle metal. Gearbox and lower mount may need refreshing.

Lower mount chap. If you can, jack the car up and switch the engine on in neutral of corse). If you look at the lower engine mount you will see how bad it is.

Btw, if you damage anything, im not responsible. There are necessary guides in the FAQ section to help you along Smile
