does anybody have any decent detail on the 306 3.0 v6 conversion i have the d8 engine and a good garage to do the work but because they are vw/audi specialists theve never done one help please |

i've looked everywhere but cnt get any solid detail ive got a rough idea of parts that need altering eg, downpipe,engine mounts,driveshafts but havent a clew on the loom or gear linkage |

Gear linkage you just use the 406 cable system.Driveshafts need to be created. Answer from welshpug gained from a search: yes it will fit, needs 2 custom mounts, gearbox one bolts straight on though. shortened 406 shafts, modified subframe, radiator to suit, fit the 406 cable shift system (easy jo sort the wiring, which is straightforward on the 194 bhp engine, PITA on the 210 engine as you need an aftermarket ECU. ________________________________________ Nothing to see here |

I have seen that Hilgie changed to a 1.6 golf rad as they have a bleed point in them which the VR6 dont, otherwise they are the same size apparently.________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |
