Hi all have been debating giving my XSI more power and was thinking turbo then a 406 SRI with low miles has come up cheap and was wondering how easy or pain in the arse it is to change?

Any info would be much appreciated

Easier and cheaper to sell your XSI and buy a GTi6 to be honest.

Dont really fancy that idea to be honest always loved turbo's have a Renault 5 turbo as well and fancied this way.

The XSI i have was really cheap and a phase 3 and this 406 sri is really really cheap so convenient as well.

8v turbo and a bar of boost will be quicker than a '6,and for the wee bit somthing thats missing stick a cam in it and gives you a bit more power up the revs

don't fear the boostLOL
