well I've been browsing this forum for a while now finding alot of helpful info, so I thought it was about time I started a project thread on a joint ownership of a Phase1 306 GTi-6 between me & a good freind of mine!

Around 7months ago we purchased this off another freind who owns a 306 Xsi converted to a GTi-6 and is also a regular user on here too: Xsimoss.

We payed an absolute bargin

Go for it mate-its the best option Big grin our car was orignally getting a tad hot around the track hence why I ripped the grill, fogs and plastic bumper inserts out plus its extra weight we got rid of too! LOL

No not yet,its next on our list of things to do over christmas to be honest! we've spent around 2.5k in the last 7months so were both penny less at the moment and we cant decide on weather to buy a OMP roll cage or to get someone we know to fabricate one up from scratch

my car is actualy a joint project with a mate who loses interest fast so ive taken it upon myself to buy the cds tube for the cage and the plan is to make one, but its bending the stuff. might end up buying one after xmas Sad
but i might have it ready for a track day or 2 next year so i may be in touch to blatantly steal some of your ideas, and possibly join you on a track day or 2 Smile
