I was driving along when i noticed a van flashing me from behind so i pulled in to a garage and had a look an the brake lights arnt working but the other lights are so guessing its not a loose earth, had a look in both fuse boxes but there is no indication to which fuse is for the brake lights, can anyone put a diagram up as i dont own a manual.

ok i have checked the fuse thats ok, had a check of the brake switch an that seemed ok, then checked the brakes again an they were working then double checked an they'ed stopped working again Sad any ideas?

brake switch "seemed" ok did it, but did you actually check it with a multimeter or a probe?

If you change the switch DO NOT drop the steering column! I read on here that it was the best way, it isn't. Go through the air vent.
