Hi after a bit of advice...

Have shot peened a spare inlet manifold and cam covers - they have come up really well and am well chuffed with it. My question what should I do now to keep it looking good ie laquer it? If so just ordinary laquer from a rattle can or high temp? or.......

CheersCool

Idealy you would want High temp & Petrol resistant, which is what i have used on the cam covers and inlet, with just normal automotive rattle can paint underneath

Yes, just high temp clear laqure, I bought mine from halfords in a can, dont think it said high temp but it said petrol resistant (for motorcycle petrol tanks) had mine on my car for over 6 months and its still holding well
