My new bias box arrived today and am having a little trouble getting the master cylinders to fit.
Do you have to cut the threads shorter or do you space them out with the extra bolts they supply?
I know a few of you have these fitted

That is as much as I can wind the balace bar ends down the M/C's, with the nuts on.

Really the options I can see are not using nuts to lock them off and then trim the threads so can get the balance bar in.
run a dye down the shaft to extend the thread so I can get a nut on and will still need to cut the tread the other end though.
Or space out the M/c from the front of the pedal box.

Not sure I wanna do the last one to be fair

Looks like the threaded rod from the master cylinder is supplied long to allow you to tailor it to suit your individual apllication. It will need cutting down a bit, but before you break out the hacksaw just yet do you want me to get Martin to take a look as he had a similar setup on the Westy?
