I've got a large "S" shaped sillicone hose that goes from the throttle to the front left hand fog light area. I've removed the fog light to give it a cold air feed. Works fine. I think ram air only works above 120 mph or something like that.I cant find a photo ________________________________________ Spanner Monkeys Monkey SpannerForum Search Clicky |

There's ram air affect on lower speeds too, but to benefit from that you need to have very well designed induction kit, which was made for especially with ram air in mind!I think this kind of stuff is common on bikes, but on cars we mainly aim for cold air, as the ram air affect is really small with simple induction kits. (like with a BMC CDA) ________________________________________ VTSbest 60' : 2.272 best 1/8 ET : 9.375 @ 74.42mph best 1/4 ET: 14.603 @ 97.047mph Team Trackday™ |
