hey guys can someone tell me what this pipe is, its the small pipe coming of the air filter to throttleboddy large pipe? mine is split where it connect onto the large pipe, thanks |

not sure where the stepper motor is, the pipe is about 1 inch down the pipe from the throttlebody, also when i took the large pipe off i could see oil in the throttlebody, anyone any ideas why there is oil? |

Its' the pipe that connects to the stepper motor/ idle control valve.Mine split and made the car run lumpy or cause stalling similar to that of a failed stepper motor.
