On the way to work this morning both my headlight bulbs blew, got back this afternoon, put some replacements in and they were fine. As soon as i gave it two blips when stationery (upto 3000rpm), the drivers side bulb blew and then again two more blips and the passenger side blew....... Blink

Any ideas?

Obviously there must be a voltage surge and any culprits you can think of that would cause it?

Thanks

I've had a loose battery terminal cause this in the past.

Failing that, get a multimeter out and see what voltage you have across the RPM range Yes

Just had the multimeter out. Getting battery voltage (12.6v) at the feed to the dipbeam multiplug, increase the rpm and the voltage increases up to 18v!!!
