Hello,

i can buy an set of " group A" camshafts for an gti6 engine.
The seller doesn't know the brand of these, but the numbers on the shafts are

KCD 1053 on one shaft
KCD 1052 on the other one

Does anyone reconise these numbers?

There not that to expensive but i like to know if they would be any use without to much modifcation

If group a you would need uprated valve springs and solid lifters at a minimum.
Possibly have to enlarge to pockets on the pistons to get clearance

Yes i think thats correct,

after some google-ing i found out the seller had raced an Xsara VTS group A in the dutch rally championship.

So i asked them the same questions regarding the modications.

I will keep you posted

more likely to be Citroen Sport then LOL

I don't know who made the camshafts for them, in the UK it was Piper.
