Hi peeps,

So im just about to leave the gym, i get in my 6 turn it on and, the first thing i notice is it sounds like a dog!! (i imagine running on 3 cylinders) and the engine management comes lights on?? so i turns it off and back on and its fine so im like few take it to the garage tomorrow see what it was! i get a mile down the road and it comes back on (sounding like a dog) so i limp it back to my cousins and (leaving the car running) drop him off and low and behold engine management light goes off i get it home (fine) and have just walked through the door at that!! the problems the car currently has is the exhaust behind the backbox is blowing and has been for a while but havent had the money to fix it could this be the cause?? there is nothing else i know of being wrong with the car

any other ideas??

cheers

jon
