right i am doing a full reline on the 6 and im after some peugeot part numbers/prices for the brakes if anyone can help.

its a phase 3 if that changes anything?

there doesnt seem to be anything in the search so i thought that i would gather them all together.

right i need to get the numbers for the below items:


Front brake discs:

Front brake pads:

Front brake hoses: (this is an mot item for me!):

Rear brake discs:

Rear brake pads:

Rear brake discs covers: 0000420980

In the old days, you 're-lined' your brakes, usually by getting new friction material rivetted onto the old brake shoes.

in the old days!

you still get this done on hgv's if they are running drum brakes.

most are now moving over to disc brakes, so much easier

well for that price i have been hunting around to see if i can get it all cheaper and came up with this

mintex brakes clicky


i have done a search and they seem to be alright from what people are saying

then just get the brake pipes and disc covers from peugeot

Mintex are better than 'alright' I'm pretty sure they are OEM on a lot of cars.

lee get some brake lines from swampy. try GSF/ euro car parts for your disks & pads. as said in an infamous episode of only fools and horses, "you'll be amazed what you can save if you shop around!"
