Searching threads I need an inlet manifold gasket and I am guessing the drive bit that engages the flywheel. Any advice for sorting this welcome.

The starter motor decided to break today. It still turns well but sounds like a grinder! I think it is the bit that engages the flywheel that has broken. I have lost my haynes manual and have no idea where the starter motor is located! Does anyone have a photo of their starter motor on the engine?Searching threads I need an inlet manifold gasket and I am guessing the drive bit that engages the flywheel. Any advice for sorting this welcome. |

Many thanks. Now I only have to work out how to remove the gearbox, change lightened flywheel, get parts whilst looking after the kids ... all with a car that can not start |

I might get away with lubricating the drive bit which engages the flywheel. would it be accessible from the underside? |
