Hi i'm new to the forum and to the world of 306's! Used to 106 rallye's! But i'm a sucker for an oily Peugeot so i've come back to french from jap crap!

Anyway i've been gettin a GTi-6 off a friend who has spent quite a bit money of the car but just needs finishing really and tidying up! So its my project for over the winter to get it ready for a few track days next year! :-)

The car is China blue
W reg
2.0 Longmans built btcc engine
Efi management
Ap Brakes
17inch Speedline turini's

The engine sounds awesome, but doesnt like to tick over very well!

There is a few things that i will be doing...
Paint the interior
Cage (Unsure what options i have)
2 Bucket seats
Flocked dash
Change the Suspension
Engine needs mapping
Sort the speedo out as its not working!
Tidy wiring up under the bonnet
Lots of coats of poish/wax, and just a general tidy/service of the car oh and an mot (wish me luck on tha one!)

Here's a few pics, they arnt the best....

That looks very cool, thought the 17s sounded too big but it kinda works.

Would love to know more about the engine, where's the throttle cable? Looks like the ICV and MAP sensors have been eliminated too, how does that work?

And someone's left their lunchbox where your airbox should be.

Ideally i'd want 15/16's with semi slicks (depending what would ft over the brakes) but i want to see how it handles on the 17's first. raise the suspension up too!

You can see the throttle cable on the 4th pic down? I have'nt a clue about the wiring but its a mess under the bonnet! Plenty time to get it sorted out!

The 4 pots with larger rotors are what make 17's work.
