I know this sounds obvious but have you checked the fuel cut off switch? ________________________________________ Why is it that shoe repairers are so good at cutting keys? - Harry Hill. |

ECU should be fine if you are using the same ECU, transponder and key. ![]() When you turn the ignition on to the second click, can you hear the fuel pump prime? If not, check the red and black relay which is attached to the back of the ECU box. ![]() It is held on with a single 8mm nut, make sure you rememebered to plug this in. ![]() Also check crank and cam sensors are plugged in. ![]() Stan. ________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone ![]() |

Use a make shit gravity fed fuel pump, big bottle with fuel in it higher than the fuel rail with a pipe going into the fuel pipe feed, then a pipe from the return feed line into a bottle lower than the fuel rail, then you will know if it works or not.Or you could just get a new fuel pump ![]() ________________________________________ Dimma + Gt35 turbo =![]() Solid rear beam mounts £130 07889376885 Dan |

nope!!you need to see if the ecu is sending the signal to the relay to power up the fuel pump. without unlocking you wont get a prime, without crank you wont get any more. with a buggered relay you'll get sod all. ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

I was always under the impression that the ECU will lock itself if its unplugged from the car without the ignition turned on and will have to be sent off and unlocked for it to work again, Even if its for the same car it was removed ![]() Or is that only transferring between cars? You've said you are getting fuel, So the pump must be fine as must the Relay? Mine Couldnt be heard priming everytime you turned the key, It would only do it if it was left for a while. ________________________________________ ![]() RIP Pete Sims |

It sounds as if the immobiliser is playing up the fuel and sparks will not work if the key and ecu are not from the same car or if the connectors are dud so double check that each of the connectors is clean and fully engaged also check the engine earthing.________________________________________ New Forum same high quality intellectual debate!Team Zimmer™ |

As lots of others have suggested, check the relay box on the back of the battery box. If you unplug it and short out two of the pins on the loom plug then you should hear the fuel pump run. Short pins 5 and 8 on the loom plug. If the pump works then the relay is fubarred.
