Hi again everybody i have fixed the interior fan problem by replacing the diode on the A/C control panel many thanks to everybody involved!!

I want to run a manual fan switch as bit worried about engine temp in traffic!!! My A/C doesnt work so was gonna bridge 1 and 3 on the brown plug behind the drivers headlight so fans turn on when A/C button is pressed(think that this is correct) can anybody see a problem with this???

many thanks Jamie

As long as you've unplugged the compressor (white plug at the front of the engine by the oil filter) then it'll be fine.

Having said that if your fans are working properly there shouldn't be any need for it.
