There is a pin locating the clutch lever arm at the top of the clutch fork rod thingy, you need to remove the pin to allow the forks to turn more freely and it should come off fingers crossed! |

Make sure you get the clutch properly lined up on the flywheel if your changing it, its a B****rd if the box wont go in whilst trying to wiggle the clutch arm round so that the fork goes behind the thrust bearing, (if that all makes sense) especially when doing it on your own. I found i had to split the box and block as i couldn't get the whole lot in on one attempt, which was a bummer,. Good luck!!!! |
