Is this because the discs and pads are new or have I f***ed something up?

Just changed the front discs and pads, took the car out and braking from 80ish, slowly, the car juddered like mad??Is this because the discs and pads are new or have I f***ed something up? Any suggestions welcome, thanks. |

Sounds like you havent cleaned up the mating surface between the disk and the hub properly. You need to ensure you clean it thoroughly of all built up corrosion etc so its a totally flat surface.That would be the first thing I'd check anyhow. ________________________________________ China Blue 306GTI-6 Ph3 Team Now Bikeless |

Thread resurrection to save opening a new, Did this solve it? I fitted a new drovers hub afew days ago and now i get horrendous judder thought the steering wheel when braking |
