I've looked at lots of threads about this topic but have not heard much from people thet have carried out the change over.I have read some threads advising that it could make the car slower due to the ECU being mapped for the Inlet on the XSI. I got all the parts and am all ready to swap over. Any of you experienced both manifolds? ________________________________________ If you cant beat them, Have them beaten. |

As one famous trainer company said - Just do it!Transformed my car, the engine was much more willing to rev, no flat spot and throttle response was excellent. Make sure that you fit 1 of Philip's PTFE manifold gaskets at the same time. I ran the gti6 manifold, throttle body, sensors and injectors. I kept the xsi ecu and fuel rail.
