I've looked at lots of threads about this topic but have not heard much from people thet have carried out the change over.

I have read some threads advising that it could make the car slower due to the ECU being mapped for the Inlet on the XSI.

I got all the parts and am all ready to swap over.

Any of you experienced both manifolds?

As one famous trainer company said - Just do it!

Transformed my car, the engine was much more willing to rev, no flat spot and throttle response was excellent.

Make sure that you fit 1 of Philip's PTFE manifold gaskets at the same time.

I ran the gti6 manifold, throttle body, sensors and injectors. I kept the xsi ecu and fuel rail.

There is a 'how to' guide in the FAQ section.
