engine still in bits, still sourcing all my parts, ie gaskets, want to get block pressure tested n all that plus need slight rebore as am putting in the extra 2mm on the crank, theres a small lip at top, still waiting for t28 compressor housing and rebuild kit, picked up the running gear yesturday 6n half hour round trip, was daunting to say the least.im a bit all over the place at present, splashing the cash right left and center, money i aint got. still porting cylinder head and trying to source a bit to port the cast turbo manifold n bits its going to be a long draining project,

Will the Mi16 4x4 drivetrain be ablt to cope with the power you're likely to be generating?

I heard that they struggle with much over 170hp?

i aint got a clue if thats the case looks like it going to be quaife internals throughout hhhmmm.....no going to be cheap this . after doing some investigating it seems that the 4x4 conversion is going have to sit on the back boiler for now seems like it going to be a money pit so going to concetrate on the turbo engine for now.

Better off spending the money on a front diff to cope with more power.

Or, just put a supercharged '6 engine in a cabrio and strenthen the shell. Same cake better recipe.

i know this isnt probably best route to go but it was my plan from the start so am going to stick with it although sc does sound nice i dont want to jump on the band waggon ive found a site that does uprated parts for the running gear but they aint cheap.
