threw some bits i had together today, to make a ducted cold air shroud to channel outside air around the inlet manifold to keep it cool.

after fitting a thermally insulative inlet manifold gasket and seeing my inlet manifold exterior temp drop over 20c. i went down the rabbit hole of intake cooling and fuel cooling. for minimal gains in mpg and power Roll eyes .

ended up doing this in one afternoon this weekend. could probably do with a longer shroud pipe. has roughly dropped my inlet manifold exterior temp another 10-15 degrees.

next project is going to be a peltier fuel cooling device Big grin
