i have a weird aftermarket oil breather filter on a valve type thing on my vac line that comes from the throttle body.

i will be removing it but i am just wondering what it is, why it was intalled etc?

i thought as much, its been removed anyways.....i might swap the filter onto my blue xsi.....as it currently has a red one.....installed on the oil breather line instead of the brake vac line Big grin

im still wondering though.....was this thing installed in ricer error i.e. (it should of gone on the oil breather line but ricer be stupid)? (my guess)

or what function/purpose did the snake oil salesman say it did/provided to the vac line?
