I’ve nearly sealed all around the rad apart from a few mm areas ....underneath on top and sides are pretty much firing / direct Cold air to Rad / Oil cooler now .....

Just got to Tweek Weld some thin Alloy angled out Mouth type scoops to finish it ...they even come through lower bumper bars for max air suction....

Anything Silver you notice in the pic is Alloy and not finished LOL

Another small update ...

Bonded and used the smallest rivets for my Alloy Cold air grab Angel wings to fix to my Composite Rad cowling...They haven’t been cut down or shaped yet for the bumper to fit so (don’t Laugh) ....

Even before the structural bonds dried 24hrs full strength....the thin alloy is stiff as hell ...each side is bent back on each side and fixed to the inside of the Cowling I made at Tony Palfrey place ....

The Bumper covers the top section ,..so that’s why a small gap is showing just above and below the Alloy nudge bumper support Thumbs up

Im pleased how it’s turning out ....thank god LOL

Can’t see from this pic but the Rad front cowling stops all the cold air from escaping around the rad on all 4 corners ...the Angel wings what I’m calling them Razz ....when cut down and shaped will just help trap a little more air

I’m pleased with how it went ..needs trimming etc and removing alloy angle etc give it a clear lacquer coating Thumbs up

It’s all level both ways with the wheels on the ground and needs to get bolted down after finishing....

It’s 1.5 inches higher underneath than the floor pan ....so that’s safe ....and well away from my Exhaust pipe but I’m still covering it with Zircotec layer Heat shield Crazy
