Looks tidy mate. May well give a little increase in power without the bends.

The front box they originally made took it with the rear box down from 96db to 90db then he made me a longer front box and down to 86db ...it’s been that ever since until my flames eventually burn out the front box wadding lol

He adapted this straight pipe to my measurements....NO CAR .....it should be close ....Hopefully LOL

We are taking mine through the boot floor an out the centre of the tailgate, bit max power but frees up space for the flat fooor and diffuser. Have you run it with the exhaust back on?

I wouldnt take it that max powery, a flat boot floor wont have much effect with it being that high off the ground!!

leave the box where it is and put the flat floor under it.

Was going to say the same - a flat floor needs to be pretty close to the ground to have a benefit!

Sounds interesting Ross ....I won’t be going that extreme Thumbs up

I didn’t even want a splitter and I hate the x4 support bars ...but because of the F2000 rear spoiler I’m going to need a little front downforce I believe?

Ross you will love my front bumper upper support bar all thin wall bent alloy and removable if you ever need too remove the rad or oil cooler .....bumper and Splitter come off easy too no bolts separate from bumper support Thumbs up

Youres is Perfect mate mine is extreme but only on the track bumper the road going one is miles higher. The arches have been cut back so much can pretty much lower the car as low as I need. It’s all about being individual.

Right then ...been a little busy make a nudge bar to support and fix my bumper to ....as well as using it as a crumple zone incase of a accident..

It’s all made from 3mm Alloy Tube and then bolted onto the body ....
I’ve bent it using a hydraulic jack flat and set in a temp frame with x2 upright scaffold tubes to press against / welded up ...it bent easy ...all I’ve done is put 6 Marks spaced equally out the pressed on those 6 marks to get the curve sort of close ...

Then welded alloy retanglar 3mm plate to the top of the tube to fix the underside of the bumper too it will have the fixings above to the rectangular plate ...hopefully?....unless things change as I progress LOL

My m8s.... pulse Mig on 56 and 280 setting just about did the job ..I’m not that great at welding alloy ....it has to be bloody spotless and needs a lot of heat ....it’s not professional tidy job ....but good enough once sprayed and it wont be seen unless bumper comes off Whistle
PS everything cost me ZERO ...that makes a change ...that’s (((Twangy style))) LOL

Behind the grill on top of the bumper x4 more Areo locs secures the top of the bumper to the Alloy 3mm Plate under the fibreglass bumper ...
All quick release NO Tools needed to remove it ... 2min job or that’s the plan LOL

PS the pic below doesn’t have the rings on that mine do ...these in the picture need a screw driver and I’ll be using thes for the wings to bumper ....together fixing only one per side Razz

Small update ...
I Made these this afternoon (x2) pattern Moulds for composite or fibreglass ...

It’s a Radiator and Oilcooler cowling plus a angled lid from top of angled Radiator Cowling to ontop the rad over the top and hook over creating a rad heat soak lid below my ITG / Jenveys ...

It’s all reinforced with wood and alloy on the back to help keep straight and flat while laying composite material ...fingers crossed tomorrow Whistle
