I’ve used heavy thick wall Alloy box section to trial fit everything...:.I’m ordering Carbon box section Monday in stead to keep the weight down I’ve got x4 stainless support bars to fit to the front edges to reduce flex at high speed Day666 has attached the following image: |

All mocked up bumper and Splitter now ....sort of ready to stand on and test my weight soon The (temp) Blue covered thin alloy which is to narrow and short height wise ....which is above the spitter and is where the gap will be filled totally and round the corners to maximise the down force or the Air will get straight under the car defeating the object of it .....just need the 50mm Square box carbon to arrive now Day666 has attached the following image: |

Identical to my design apart from my splitter design has side fins and bumper canards.Looks great tho mate 👍 I’d be tempted to run a strip of ally length ways to stop any flex ? Sounds silly but you want the splitter to break off the bumper not take the bumper as well if you catch it heavily that’s certainly been my design. ________________________________________ Super high boost Completed, destroyer of gearboxes and 160mph club |
