This is effectively a phase 3 manual but with some pages missing. To complete properly I borrowed the works scanner so the missing pages, could be added that will lead to being out of sync with the below images page numbers.

However as my computer is nearly dying and needs the removal and reinstalling of XP I haven't been able to scan the missing pages.
